Homan Taghdiri's practice is focused within the areas of business, hospitality, and real estate, with respect to both transactional and litigation matters.
In addition to his legal experience, Homan also has substantial experience in the hospitality industry as an owner and operator of venues involved in this arena, as well as all aspects of real estate development and investments. Homan's practical experience includes the acquisition and management of companies, as well as the implementation and enforcement of management policies and procedures for the management of such businesses (many of which have been focused on the hospitality and service industry), and the management and oversight of commercial and residential real estate projects.
Homan has also served as a mediator in various transactions, where his business, hospitality, and real estate expertise have been called upon to resolve disputes between parties privately both before litigation, and prior to trial. Homan's approach of avoiding unnecessary time and expense in litigation, with an eye towards suggesting and working on practical resolutions – which often times, require "out-of-the-box" and creative thinking that are viable for all the parties involved – has resulted in great success to all involved.
