Representative work includes negotiation of more than $12 million in commercial lease transactions; negotiation of more than $700 million in commercial property acquisitions, development projects, and financing transactions; involvement with the development of mixed-use high rise projects (including a 45-story high-rise mixed use ground up development, and adaptive reuse conversion of 300,000 square foot office building to luxury condominiums).
